This page provides an overview of important services and policies for West campus students serving as faculty research assistants.
Research Assistants have the opportunity to schedule a consultation appointment with a librarian when needing help with their subject searches. For more information call (602) 543-8505, or visit the Research by Subject or Library Staff Directory pages to locate the librarians' individual contact information.
A Proxy Card enables a Research Assistant to borrow and request materials using a faculty member's library account. Services include checking out books and films from Fletcher Library, ordering materials from the ASU Library system, and requesting items through Interlibrary Loan. Faculty members should note that they are responsible for any items retrieved by their proxy. Please call the Circulation Desk for further assistance: (602) 543-8520.
Research Assistants with a Proxy Card may print or photocopy materials within Fletcher Library by checking out a Library Copy Card at the Circulation Desk.
