Add your e-mail address to your library account
Why provide your e-mail address?
Providing the library with your email address will allow you to receive library notifications such as overdues, recalls, hold pickups and hold cancelations. E-mail notices arrive more quickly and they are a more reliabe form of delivery.
It's easy!

- Authenticate using your ASURite ID and password.

- Click on the Add/Modify Email button.

- Key your complete e-mail address and click on Submit
- This does NOT have to be an ASU e-mail address, but it should be one you check regularly.
- Multiple e-mail addresses can be entered and should be separated by a comma (,) with no space between them.
Example: john.doe1@asu.edu,john.doe2@asu.edu

Important information
- If you have multiple e-mail addresses in your account, notices will be sent
to all of them.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the e-mail address is current and
accurate.
- SPAM filtering software may interfere with the delivery of Library notices.
If you do use SPAM filters, be sure to set your filter to accept mail from the domain @asu.edu.
Please note: Do not reply to notices. They are informational only. For immediate service, please direct your questions regarding library notifications to the library circulation staff at 602/543-8546.
- If you neglect to update your email address or your email account is over quota, notices sent to you will bounce. Bounced email will be deleted and all subsequent notices will be deleted until you have updated your email address through “My Account”.
