 Before applying to or accepting a position with a company or organization it is useful to do some background research about them. Depending upon the discipline there are many sources that can be consulted. Companies, associations, universities and governmental entities are some of the most common employers.

If for example, you are interested in applying to a school district you may wish to access the School Report Cards available through the Arizona Department of Education  http://www.ade.state.az.us/postjob_inter or go directly to the web page of a specific district. Another source of information about employment within the school system is the Arizona Educational Employment Board  http://www.arizonaeducationjobs.com/
